Bangers N Slabs presents a curated personal collection of sports and cartoon cards that has been assembled over many years. Items displayed on the Site are offered for viewing and potential purchase based on availability.

Listings do not guarantee availability, pricing, or acceptance of an offer.

Viewing Items and Submitting Offers

Visitors may view items and submit inquiries or price offers through forms on the Site. Submitting an offer does not create a binding agreement and does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, counter, or ignore any offer at our sole discretion.

Pricing and Payments

Bangers N Slabs does not store or have direct access to your payment card details.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, costs, and timelines are communicated after payment or agreement. Shipping addresses must be accurate and complete.

Bangers N Slabs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect address information, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the item is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of the items, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds or returns may be considered only if:

  • The item received is materially different from the agreed description

  • The item is damaged during shipping and reported promptly

Any claims must be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Condition and Authenticity

Items are described to the best of our knowledge and ability. Graded cards are sold as encapsulated by the grading company shown.

We do not guarantee future value, investment potential, or grading outcomes for raw cards.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Bangers N Slabs or used with permission. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Submit false or misleading information
